Conquest Solutions was officially licensed in March of 2004 by Lance and Rose Retter. Previously, Lance Retter was employed as Systems Administrator by a large publicly traded company. He is now president of Conquest Solutions and uses his knowledge of the IT industry to help other companies and individuals make strong, productive IT decisions.

Rose Retter, Vice-President, is dedicated to marketing and customer relations. She and Lance are both very enthusiastic and possess the skills to ensure that Conquest's clients feel like they have the best customer service in the industry.
